14th Memory [Accidental Voice/Action]
[Hello, Luceti. Are you having a good Monday? Good. Goooood. Then you won't mind the sudden cry of surprise from the journal, will you? There's shuffle and a few huffs from running. This is because Sayo is hiding under a tree, gripping the trunk for dear life.]
The sky!! There's something wrong with the sky!
It's—it's melting!!
[... Yes, you can hear the the rain falling. If you want an action thread, you'll find Sayo clinging in terror to a tree, crouched low with her eyes closed, shaking in her kimono. Because she's never seen anything like this, and it's a little terrifying. She just wanted to speak to the wind spirit, and this happens? Is it another experiment? Is Luceti breaking? She presses her forehead into the bark and squares her shoulders at the sounds. A-ah, it's starting to fall through the trees. Oh gods, oh no!
Way later, she goes to work. Soaked to the bone. Fucking rain. 8'D
More-than-likely, she'll end up doing to the clothes store later, so one may find her there as well, staring blankly at a rack full of sundresses and blouses. Which is a very peculiar experience for a woman from a more feudal Japan. Sayo may not have much in the way of memories, but she does have her idea of appropriate attire intact. And this...]
... This is a little... revealing... I think...
[She picks up a noodle-strap top and furrows her brow; very (unsure) about this, man.]
((ooc: screw timelines, space and time is broken))

Re: [action]
And then the dress.
And then Archie.
And then slowly takes the dress.]
Archie-san, what are you doing out, in weather like this? I hope you have yourself an umbrella!
[She totally just learned what those are, uh... 30 minutes ago? So she's a little spotted from the rain, but much better thanks to a towel and some filial magic.]

[She holds up the black plastic umbrella, beaming.]

[She picks up a hat and holds it up in her vision, so that it's 'resting' on Archie's head. And she laughs softly.]
While I'm not so sure this one suits you, I hardly see any eyes crossing, Archie-san. Though I don't think you'd look all that normal in the hats from my world, either.
no subject
Well. A lieutenant's hat in the navy looked a bit different from this. [But he doesn't see anything like it here.] Er. Two points, one in front and one in back, and the sides were folded up like so. [He demonstrates on a felt hat.]
no subject
You haven't been able to find it, right? Maybe if you ask the Malnosso, they'd send one here...

Ah, then you need a better hat... Oh, I just don't know the first thing about the clothes here in Luceti, to be honest!

[Even if I'd forget later.]

Oh, right! I'd almost forgotten. [a beat of thought] Ah, but where to start?
[She holds up the dress he'd offered her.]
I guess I could try to wear something outside of what I usually wear...
