30th Memory [Action]
Day 1
[Sayo's laying in a clearing, donning her usual kimono, feeling a little worn - but at least she's back ... Back from where, again? She rubs her forehead, trying to think of why she's glad to be here again. Um. Did she go wandering outside again and fall asleep? With a sigh she starts trekking back home, confused... and a little worried, because she's pretty sure she doesn't sleep, so...
Before she gets up to go, a long shadowy creature (she and normal people can't see, unfortunately) crawls from her ear down into the forest. But of course it dies quickly without her sustaining it. Running into her? Be prepared for a few problems. Mainly, that when she smiles or laughs, she teleports.
She really likes to smile.]
Day 2 - 5
[Must not smile. Must not smile. Must not smile.
Sayo's back from her mallynap. Which she just re-learned about yesterday. Sob. She's going to the restaurant to help out, and she's at the tea shop, but you'll notice she's been trying to remain very stony-faced and determined. This is because if she doesn't, you may never get your tea. It may end up in someone's house. Must be careful. Cautious. Yes.]
Here you go...
[P o k e r f a c e, as she delivers your order. You're welcome. Okaybye.]
Day 6 - 10

[Well, the teleporting problem is over. But now she's short. Short and like... five years old again. She's walking through the town wrapped in a white kimono way too big for her, looking very confused. Maybe get this kid some proper clothes. Eventually in the week, she'll be all settled somewhere - but she never, ever stays in place when told, so she's wandering around the town looking into all these new and interesting things. She may give in to her curiosity and look through your windows into your homes. She may be messing with something on your lawn. Flower bed? Gnome? Switchblades? Whatcha' got on the lawn for me to poke around?
By the end of the day she's standing in front of the item shop, holding one of these, which is unfortunately missing the ball and string. Stupid thrift shop devices.
More importantly, she's trying to figure out what the hell it does. If you're walking by, you'll notice a thought bubble over her head, flashing images as she stares down this thing:

... Yeah, she has no clue.]
((OOC: Catch her any time! Just lemme know when. I'll be using
whatsanything for bitty Sayo! Also, this post might be image heavy, or at least will have images in the comments.))

Day 6
No response. Within seconds, he's hurrying out the door to scour the streets for any sign of his poor mama. Did she get lost? Is she hurt? He almost runs past the little girl standing outside the item shop, but the flashing thought bubble catches his eye and he does a double take.
There's...something...very familiar about you.]

Hello!
[do my kawaii japanese features remind you of someone? :|]

Hello... [He's carefully searching her face, and checking twice for good measure, and...he's pretty sure this kid looks like his mom. Wow. Okay. Why do weird things always happen in their village... He crouches down in font of her, hands on his knees.]
What's your name?

There's a shriek high up above Rin, and that is because there is a little japanese woman clinging to a tree, scared to fall. HOW EVEN- ]

...Curiously, all these blue flames aren't actually burning things. Which is convenient as he wraps his (flaming) tail around a branch to try to get a grip up here]

Day 6 -- that is an amazing gif and you should feel proud
[Don't worry bitty!Sayo, this is neither memory loss nor even not having met Smoker yet, as Smoker is well... not himself as you can see.]
Yeah, I'm thinking the drum thing is probably it. Though why is it hollow...?
:'D
Well, no one said people couldn't already know her name. So she just looks back at it.]
I don't know... It looks like you hit things with it to make noises...
I don't know what a lot of this stuff is...

let us Day 2
But oh, turns out it's definitely worth the trip, because there is the lady who has most definitely not been in the house, which is always a bit worrying when it comes to people who are just nice. And she's got all her limbs intact. That can only be a good sign. :| Lestrade will cover the first smile for you, obviously. ]
Hello again, then.
Day 2
She slaps her hands over her mouth, forcing her lips to stay put. How was she even going to get through this day. Hoooow. She blushes immediately and looks over to the nearest table before lowering her hands. Okay. She can do this.]
U-um, hello! Lestrade-san, was it? Are you here to eat? I can bring you whatever you need, though it may not be as fancy as it usually is...
[sorry bro you caught me at an odd time]
Day 2
It'll still be better than anything I could do myself. [ A little shrug and a relinquishing of the grin. ] Are you all right? Didn't know you got back in or I'd have asked earlier.
Day 2
no smiling today]
Oh, no! That's right, I was... kidnapped, was it? [She itches her hairline, pursing her lips. Sayo not smiling is weird.] I admit, I can't remember any of what happened. I don't even remember being taken in the first place...

Day 4
She's not planning on asking for anything...or so she tells herself...but with pure, nine-year-old logic, she figures it won't hurt just to look inside.
...Restaurants weren't really a part of her day-to-day life, back home]
Day 4
Put on your game face, Sayo. Don't smile. Don't even think of smiles.]
Oh, hello there. Can I help you with anything?
[someone put me out of my misery :|]
no subject
'm sorry. I just wanted to see.
